Yoga & Yoga Therapy
We teach traditional yoga based on the philosophy of Patanjali and deeply rooted in Hatha traditions. We teach many different styles and our teachers carry the required certifications and some of them have Masters and even Doctor degrees in Yogic Science.
Ayurveda
We have a broad range of Ayurveda courses. We teach short introduction courses as well as a large Ayurveda Practitioner and even a 3 year Doctor of Ayurveda course. Our teachers are licensed Ayurveda Doctors in India that have completed a BAMS degree or higher.
Integrative Health
In addition to our teacher training courses and certification courses we teach a large range of smaller courses for continuous education as well as smaller certifications. Most of these courses are related to integrative health.
