Paracelsus University Code of Conduct & Complaint Policy
📜 Code of Conduct
Paracelsus University is a professional academic institution dedicated to empowering non-traditional learners through rigorous study, respect for diverse worldviews, and transformative self-development.
We expect all students to:
• Conduct themselves with respect toward faculty, staff, and fellow students
• Use internal channels to resolve issues before engaging in public commentary
• Maintain a standard of professional and constructive communication
• Take personal responsibility for their academic performance and learning
• Represent Paracelsus University with integrity in public and online spaces
🚫 Academic & Behavioral Dismissal
Students may be subject to suspension or permanent exmatriculation for the following:
• Aggressive, abusive, or threatening communication with staff or faculty
• Public defamation or hostile social media posts about the university or its staff
• Repeated failure to meet academic expectations without communication
• Harassment, bullying, or divisive behavior in student groups or forums
• Sharing false, misleading, or conspiratorial information that damages the institution’s integrity
Important:
We take reputation seriously. When a student attacks the university publicly, they do not just damage the staff — they undermine the value of every student’s degree.
This is unacceptable, and we will act to protect our students and faculty.
